“The domestic energy complex is one of the key factors in the industrial and innovative development of the national economy,” the head of state noted. “Thanks to your exceptional skills, knowledge and extensive experience, the industry is confidently moving forward: large high-tech projects are being successfully implemented, new facilities are being commissioned, the power grid infrastructure is being upgraded, advanced technologies are being introduced,” the message of congratulations reads.
“The Belarusian nuclear power plant holds a key place in the country's energy system today, and the commissioning of its second unit was the highlight of the year for the domestic energy sector. It further strengthens the positions of our state as a nuclear power,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized.
The president believes that the intellectual potential, as well as the traditions laid down by veteran workers, will help effectively address the tasks that will be set for the industry in the future.
